PPRI Secretariat
The PPRI Secretariat is located at Gesundheit Österreich GmbH, Geschäftsbereich Österreichisches Bundesinstitut für Gesundheitswesen / Austrian Health Institute (GÖG/ÖBIG) which featured as the main partner of PPRI Research project. GÖG/ÖBIG fulfils its tasks as PPRI secretariat in close coordination with the Austrian Ministry of Health which supports the sustainability of the PPRI network and funds the PPRI Secretariat at GÖG/ÖBIG.

GÖG/ÖBIG
GÖG/ÖBIG is a research institute in Vienna, Austria, established by Austrian federal law.
With its staff about 120 persons, GÖG/ÖBIG is working in the fields of health care and environment, providing scientific services by means of research, planning and preparing implementation, consulting, education and training, documentation and information. GÖG/ÖBIG is organised in different fields of activities:
- Care for the elderly and psychosocial care
- Health-care occupations
- Health economics
- Health care planning
- Health reporting
- Prevention
- Transplantation and transfusion
GÖG/ÖBIG has expertise and knowledge on pharmaceutical systems (reimbursement, pricing, distribution) in several European and non-European countries and has carried out several studies on pharmaceuticals, often international analysis and comparison. GÖG/ÖBIG also runs the PPI (Pharmaceutical Pricing Information) service, providing the prices of pharmaceuticals in all EU Member States, Switzerland and Norway, see the GÖG/ÖBIG website www.oebig.org → Services → PPI.
GÖG/ÖBIG is open to all clients and may be commissioned by any institution or person. We focus our work on the need of the patients.
